John Doe Needs a Liver Transplant (Preview)

Hi,
My name is Joe Doe. For those that don't know me, I'm a father of 3 children and I work at a non-profit that helps foster children. I have chronic kidney disease and I'm on dialysis three times a week. It's a grueling process and I'm spent. A kidney donation would literally be life changing for me and my family.
